If you haven't been to the Audio Playground Synthesizer Museum lately, its founder Joseph Rivers has done some amazing work compiling virtual models of many vintage drum machines, everything from the Boss Dr. Rhythm R-55 to those crummy Mattel Synsonics drums of the 1970's. There's also a page with a ton of sampled Soundsheets (also known as Flexidiscs) from synthesizer and drum machine manufacturers (like Linn) and even more virtual keyboards, including the Rheem (probably better known for their water heaters) Kee bass keyboard, featuring switchable "Mellow/Fuzz" mode.
