Young Dylan

Cuecards_1Prepare to have your mind blown when you watch this 5 year-old boy's uncanny recreation of Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues," (19.3 MB QuickTime movie) as seen in D.A. Pennebaker's classic documentary Don't Look Back.

That's just plain wonderful!

the best part is that you can't understand the kid either!

Great stuff--you should also check out Aaron Valdez's tape loop-esque video delay version of SHB at http://aaronvaldez.blogspot.com/2005/12/subterranean-homesick-41-frame-delay.html

It's hard to trump a five year old doing the song, but it's hypnotic nonetheless.

I don't like it. I don't like that the kid seems bored and prompted to perform.

Believe me he's not prompted. You can't get him to stop singing this song! - his mom

Oh come on. Isn't there enough unfunny video floating around out there?? I really wanted to laugh or even smile. Just pathetic and cruel.
