The Jackson Jills - Who's That Girl (2:44)
The Jackson Jills - Church of the Poison Mind (2:31)
The Jackson Jills were a singing group at Tufts University that still exist and their schtick seems to be recording contemporary hits a capella. "Building Blocks" was the release of the 1984-85 line-up and featured these cover versions of pop new wave hits, Eurythmics' "Who's That Girl" and Culture Club's "Church of the Poison Mind."

Seems like every college has/had one of these (at least one, sometimes two or three) acapella groups. God I hate college acapella groups.

Their rehearsal space is downstairs from my broadcast home at WMFO. Tufts actually has three a capella groups--the all-female Jackson Jills, the all-male Beelzebubs, and the co-ed Amalgamates, who put out a CD last fall.
I love the sign the Jills have on their door: Jack and Jill went up the hill. Jill won.
