I'm currently working on a piece in time for Halloween about a guy named Gene Moss. Moss was involved in all kinds of cool things like Roger Ramjet, a record called Dracula's Greatest Hits, and the late sixties L.A. based television show, Shrimpenstein. I was going to save the clip for the article, but it's too good to sit on ... and I have nothing else to post this week. Here it is.

















Wow. I need need need more of this. I've never really been amused by these horor hosts, but this guy's awesome.

I watched Roger Ramjet on the Commander Tom Show, 4pm from Buffalo. in the late 60s to late 70s Channel 7 Weatherman/kids show host Tom Jolls rotated that with other shorts like Buck Rogers or Dudley Dooright or Batfink (with his aptly named Batalac). Haven't seen it in decades. Thanks! Let's not forget the Hilarious House of Frightenstein as Halloween approaches:
