Something's Wrong at the BBC, But I Don't Know What It Is.

I only know that it involves a clown, and fire, and numbers chalked on a wall.

It is probably the most terrifying thing the BBC has ever done, that clown character.

He used to pop up every now and then on the television when things went wrong or when the daily programming ended late at night, thus leaving millions of children across the country mentally scarred.
