In an indication of just how worried the radio industry is about competition from satellite radio (not to mention podcasting, MP3s, cable radio, video games and everything else), this pro-broadcast-radio ad has been circulating the commercial radio industry. (MP3) Nothing like yet another commercial to bring people back to a dying industry.

wow... that jump from the 60's where parents were concerned about kids listening to purple haze to current times where i don't have time to do anything but worry about equipment fees for my satellite radio was jarring.
