I think it's great that I saw this ugly little dog on all the blogs before I saw it in Chicago Sun-Times. (not to mention that I heard about the London bombings on The Fall message board before the radio)
That dog is an amazing living monstrocity. Everything! those cataract eyes, those fucking teeth! the leather-like eczema skin, little greasy patches of hair, rat-like tail, knawing on its claw.

That middle seven-note progression is the exact same sequence from the Oompa-Loompa song in the original Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie. (E.g., "The mother and the fa-ah-ther".) Scary.
