"Even with its many problems, America remains the number 1 nation in the world in the fight for freedom, democracy, and human dignity."

Nonsense. May have been true once upon a time.

Bob

The only thing we are number one in is our own minds.

"America remains the number 1 nation in the world in the fight for freedom, democracy, and human dignity"

Not anymore... Sorry, and I am really sorry about it, but not anymore.

yo

Whoa. Is no one going to comment on the fact this track is A-MAZING?

martinf

just like george orwell said:
"war is peace, freedom is slavery and ignorance is strength"
and just like wayne kramer sings:
"a broken promise in the promised land"
and just like neil young sings:
"but there's a warnin' sign on the road ahead, there's a lot of people sayin' we'd be better off dead, don't feel like Satan, but I am to them!"
some people are completely brainwashed and believe the lies of the so called leaders of the free world (leader translates in german as fuehrer, hitler called himself also fuehrer, so when george w. bush calls himself leader he always makes me think of hitler), but free people don't need no leaders, only sheep on the way to the slaughter

bartelby

Clearly this guy is god's gift to the local high school stoners.

LJP

Reminds me too much of Billy Zoom (of once-great group X) and the kind of cruddy 'roots rock' he likes. The scumbag's part of the "conservate punk" movement and is an a--hole...

LJP

"Conservative punk", I meant! I'm so mad!

Gawd

Methinks there are a few folks who are too too serious. Just a bit of fun....

Pt. Pleasant is full of stoners and little skate kids who likely still go to the local Christian Youth Group to give them an ironic buzz. This guy plays right in to the hands of these little turds.

I should know. I hung out at Pt. Pleasant boardwalk.
