Here's a bit of WFMU History in the form of a 4 page article about the station while it was still part of Upsala College and the late 1960's music scene via an interview with then-current 'FMU DJ Vin Scelsa. The article comes from the March 18, 1969 edition of The Upsala Gazette, dating to the time when the station was first gaining a reputation for its innovative freeform programming, and before the "dark days" of August 1969 when Scelsa and the rest of the station staff walked out in protest of Upsala College's policies for the station.
