To commemorate Mr. Cobain's birthday today, I present you with a little clip of WFMU love, unplugged.

Kurt is thumbing through WFMU's Catalog of Curiosities, hoping to get his hands on some delicious, grade-A, freeform swag. Although WFMU's catalog went extinct at the onset of the digital era, there are still many ways to acquire our wares. You can make a donation during our annual fundraiser to snag WFMU's newest batch of goodies, or browse through our online store to buy some of our classic items.
WOW - Pulaski Skyway shirt!
That has got to be the most awesome regional symbol of commuter fortitude to ever be emblazoned across ones chest. Its the mandatory route when people are visiting from out of town. Halfway across, when all the cars crowded on it's narrow lanes are perilously switching lanes back and forth at 80 mph, look over at their expression and see the terror.
Being on a WFMU short is the Pulaski Skyway's best advertisement since that episode of COPS where two kids in a stolen car pulled over to the side, jumped out and eluded the police by scurrying over the edge and climbing down the girders to the ground.
