thank you sir

This is HPV, he needs to get treatment. Find the story of a similar guy in Asia. A US doctor wants to treat him with vitamin A to improve the immune responce to HPV. He is referred to as "tree man"

A person with a similar condition is treated:

not sure if this is still being looked at, but discovery did something on an indonesian man with similar looking growths. they were a result of HPV and a very weak immune system

just doing research

Looks very similar to Dede's condition:

I think it is a severe form of skin inflammation condition Psoriasis. Such abnormalities in the skin condition occurs because of some inter causes.
However treatment for such skin condition are very difficult. As for common forms of Psoriasis it has been said that this tricky to cure these as indicated by http://www.vitiligoguide.com/psoriasis/ . so in this regard great patients need to treat such extreme skin condition.

There is a man in Indonesia with the same condition. I saw a program about him on TLC. An American doctor became interested and discovered the growths to be a result of the HPV virus. This man had no natural immunity to warts and wasn't able to fight off the infection on his own. They were essentially warts. Removing them or replacing the skin with graphs only temporarily helped the condition because HPV is a blood-borne pathogen. The warts will continue to grow unless he is cured.

It's probably papilloma virus like the one that guy in Indonesia has. look up tree man on google and you'll find info on him. His was transmitted when he was younger by a cut. The growths start as wart-like lesions ad just keep growing as a result of lowered immune system functioning. There are doctors at Johns Hopkins doing a bunch of research on the Indonesian guy, they probably have some useful information for this guy.

this makes me wanna puke. like NO JOKE!

This is probably some type of the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). There are 4 strains that cause genital warts. These can be passed skin to skin contact. They can also grow to these extremes. They can be cut off, but HPV is incurable so they will return.

I saw a similar case on the american television chanel TLC. The man, Dede, nicknamed Treeman, was from Indonesia and 36 years old. A doctor from the United States, Dr. Anthony Gaspari, the chief of dermatology at the University of Maryland Medical Center, did some research on him. If I remember well, Dede has a weak Immune system preventing him to destroy the viruses who cause the problem. Dr. Gaspari was about to give him a treatment of vitamines so his body can get rid of the virus by itself, but the governement of Indonesia decided to treat the man by removing the growths. So Dr. Gaspari's treament didn't get tested.

Pictures of the other case :

You can contact Dr. Gaspari here :

There is another man with this condition but far worse, living in Indonesia. They call him the Tree Man. There are plenty of videos of him on the internet. The condition is, as mentioned before, caused by a wart virus.

Treatment

A totally effective treatment method against EV has not yet been found. Several treatments have been suggested, and acitretin 0.5–1 mg/day for 6 months’ duration is the most effective treatment owing to antiproliferative and differentiation-inducing effects.

Interferons can also be used effectively together with retinoids.

Cimetidine was reported to be effective because of its depressing mitogen-induced lymphocyte proliferation and Regulatory T cell activity features. A report by Oliveira et al. showed that cimetidine was ineffective. Hayashi et al. applied topical calcipotriol to a patient with a successful result.

As mentioned, various treatment methods are offered against EV; however, most importantly, education of the patient, early diagnosis and excision of the tumoral lesions take preference to prevent the development of cutaneous tumors.

These growths look very similar to ones caused by the Shope papillomavirus strain in rabbits. This virus also causes keratin growths that eventually hinder the rabbit's ability to eat/breath, thus killing the host. http://www.hotfileseek.com
