Apologies for posting nearly a week late, but I'm surprised that you didn't include the band Carnivore, a late-80s "speedcore" band that included Peter Steele of Type O Negative fame. Their album Retaliation kicks off with a track called "Jack Daniels and Pizza", and boy, does it ever come straight from the... heart. I presume the band added the track specifically to see who'd stick around after hearing violent retching for a full minute.
