Here's the full 30 minute episode of Manhattan cable access show "Tweeter TV" (mpg, 130 MB), featuring a few clips of Harry Pussy performing live (edited out of the smoke here), a naked member of the Murder Junkies, a few budweiser talls, many many bong hits, and it all ends with a near riot at a punk rock show.
