I thought from the title that this was going to feature Nelson Mandela talking about food and health, but sadly not. There are some great voices here however, Nelson sounds a bit like Peppermint Patty from the Peanuts show. It's a lot of fun. I like the quirky, happy music that plays all through the background, with a different theme for each nutriant. My fave is the laid-back country tune for 'Iron'. But what the hell is that annoying tone that plays all the way though this record? It sounds like a truck reversing.

With those beeps, that sounds like a record that accompanied a fimstrip.
