My mother adored this album. It was released around 1954 to help promote a better understanding and ties between The U.S. and South Korea, and more importantly, to raise funds (hoped for target: $10 Million) to help that devastated country.
I've been hoping to find the time to digitize and share the entire album here, and that may happen, but its condition (as you'll hear) may make that (at least the sonic cleanup) a challenging task, and make the results a challenging listen.
But for now, here is my mom's favorite track on the album, a version of Jingle Bells, sung in Korean, to help cheer the days leading up to Christmas:
If that's as "noisy" as it gets, leave it as is!

I've got another album they did entitled For the World with Love, which features a sublime rendering of Saint-Säens's "The Swan". I really need to digitize that one, too.
